Event Overview

This is three open water swim and swim/run events held at Milton
Country Park by Cambridge Triathlon club exclusively for its members.

Events start together at 7pm. Instructions, swim hats and race numbers will be issued at registration.

Formats;
Open water swim
1500m (3 x 500m laps).
OR
Swim/Run
Swimming 500m swim (1x 500m lap) followed by 3 lap run approx. 3km run (3 laps) around the lake within the park leaving your run kit ‘beach side’.
OR
Mini OTILLO-style
(1x 500m lap lake swim WITH run kit on, followed by 3 lap run approx. 3km run (3 laps) around the lake within the park.

Location: Milton Country Park, Milton. Parking is available and included.
Register: 6:15 to 6:45. (Try to register by 6:30)
Event briefing: 6:50
Start time: 7pm
Cost : £TBC (please book via the club booking system)
Age: Open from 14 + (children 14-16 year old will need a parent/guardian present on the night)
