Club Captains

Each year, one boy and one girl from each of the Crocs and the Dragons training squads are selected as Club Captains.

The Club Captain role is given in recognition of the recipient’s involvement in the Club and looks beyond their commitment to training and their race successes.  They are expected to be good role models for the other members and be ambassadors for the Club at races and other events.

The Crocs’ Club Captains are involved in welcoming those invited for swim trials and also oversee the selection of the Coach of the Year award.  The Dragons’ Club Captains select one boy and one girl to receive a Club Captains’ Award which recognises members who have achieved something amazing or showed incredible determination during the year.
